An ancient fort situated in Khandar Tehsil, the splendid Khandar fort houses 7 temples within its complex. One of the temples is an old Jain temple boating of beautifully carved idols of Jain Gurus. Another temple is dedicated to Lord Hanuman with a stone idol with a demon under its feet. Gobind Devji Temple, Chaturbhuja Temple (containing an idol of four-armed God), Jagatpalji Temple and Jayanti Mata Temple (the venue of an annual fair) are the other temples in the fort complex.
Rani Temple is one of the most beautiful temples that are placed on an elevated platform. Khandar fort also houses 2 water tanks, Ram Kund and Laxman Kunda, along with several other ponds. Narsingha Dhar, a popular picnic spot, lies within the premises of the fort.
